STRUTTON GROUND24/03/2010
Welcome to this corner of CR
CR staff

Strutton Ground is a small market place in Westminster. It’s rough and ready, and often under threat from the otherwise estimable folk of Westminster City Council. It’s almost as if there’s a moral there. The free flow of exchange that happens in the market stalls is objected to by the official-minded, Conservative-run local authority, seemingly as much because it’s difficult to categorise as for any other reason. ‘Strutton Ground’ is also the name of CR’s group blog. Over the next few days and weeks we’ll be inviting familiar and unfamiliar names to blog here.
